I make this cake all the time! Got the recipe out of my Cake Doctor Cook Book. I also do many variations with this recipe using other cake mixes and puddings that would match the cake. Lemon cake mix zest of 1 lemon and Lemon pudding make a great lemon pound cake minus the choc chips of course and when it comes out of the oven I squeeze fresh lemon juice of half a lemon and let it cool completely and dust it with powdered sugar.

Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding

I made this pudding for a pie and was very disappointed. It was gritty from the sugar and pastey tasting from the cornstarch. I didn't want to put 1 star because it wasn't even worth that!

Banana Bars

Banana Crumb Muffins

These muffins are easy to make. They are moist and delicious. I added walnuts to the recipe for extra crunch in the muffin and in the topping. Just make sure you bake them in the middle of your oven as they tend to get too brown on the bottoms.

Orange Monkey Bread

This variation of Monkey Bread is absolutely delicious ! I wouldn't change a thing. When I flipped it out of the pan it has a wonderful orange butter sauce that glazes it nicely. This is a keeper for sure !

They smell GREAT!! Can't wait to eat them. We added a couple extra ingredients. Fresh garlic, and some diced onion to make it more of an authentic bbq sauce. OK they are great. just the right amount of seasonings and with the added garlic and onion ...Sensational. Need I say more!
