My mother-in-law’s family has a lovely cottage on the Mill River
in Prince Edward Island .
We try to get there as much as we can during the summer months to enjoy the scenery, family, golf and, of course, great food!
Im not one for golf so when they others are off wacki

I dont know about you but, when my family gets together it can get a bit hectic!
Sometimes Im happy to be the one cooking because it means I can sneak into the kitchen whenever I need a breather...
The only time we are all quiet at once it when our mouths are full of good food!

Since I gave up meat, I have been trying MANY different things in order to compensate for lost nutrients. I was aware that many grains and such could provide me with what I needed but no matter how much
I lead on that I knew, I really had no clue what I was talking about (shhhh)!

I haven’t eaten anything that walks on land for almost 6 months. Honestly, I’m not sure how long it has been because I didn’t know how serious I was
when I made the big change. If I knew, I probably would have marked it on a calendar…and I probably would have flew to Montreal to have one
