I smoked these on my BGE and I have to say this is the ABSOLUTE BEST Salmon I have ever had. The second best was a 5* restaurant in Minneapolis named Horton's. This is one that will definitely WOW your company. Oh and I didn't do the Bourbon... I may give that a try next time --otherwise I followed the recipe.

Yummm... Used the BGE to cook these. We used 93% lean ground beef and the burgers were very moist. We used onion cheese buns and toasted them on the grill also. I did add a small sprinkling of pepper and garlic powder. A great quick easy burger... Thanks Frank!!!

This is an excellent recipe. I think I need to tweak it a little more to make it 5 stars even though for many it will already be 5 stars. I doubled the recipe except for the chicken and added potatoes and carrots. I think I added too much lemon juice for me. I didn't have a fresh lemon so I added 1/4 of bottled. Next time I am going to double again the coconut milk back off the cayenne and lemon juice. I'll get it right. Basically I'm saying it was the cook and not the recipe... Thanks for great start...

I made This with with the Dumplings on this site posted by Carol. My 14 yr old gave it 13 on a scale of 1-10. If you have the time smoking the chicken puts this over the top... We did not add any additionl salt. The chicken broth has plenty. We did not pre-boil the noodles. Honestly there is no need... We did skim the fat off the drippins from smoking the chiken. It turned out awesome... Oh & we doubled the dumpling recipe. Go for it... You won't be dissapointed...

Ok. Here goes... The white sauce was great... I went with a suggestion from another review & used sour cream & mayo. The fish was ok IMHO because Talapia is'nt the best fish around yet it is an all around good fish. I don't typiclly like fried fish but wanted my wife to try fish tacos & she is NOT a fish person. All said she did like the tacos so that's a win... Next time I'm going to use a mahi mahi steak seasoned, grilled and cut into strips. I may try chipolte paste instead of the jalepeno. All in all this is a great way to introduce a non- fish eater to fish tacos... Thanks for the white sauce recipe...

By the time you're finished building these its hard to eat more than two... Great recipe!

YUMMY! The texture took a second to get used to because it tastes so much like a steak burger... I ate it on whole wheat with pepper Jack cheese, lettuce & tomato...

I made a few cook errors but they still turned out quite yummy will be even better next time.

This is delicious... I made it as written. To make it easier i added the nuts & craisins in the food processor. It took 40 minutes in my oven at 325. Will probably do 350 or 375 next time to speed things up. Great healthy recipe and it makes a lot. Definitely a keeper!
