Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
This is a good base recipe but on the bland side. I made it as instructed then ended up doctoring it up for more flavor.

Best Butternut Squash Soup Ever
This is very good and easy to make. I rate it 4 stars as is but tweaked it further AFTER I tasted it. To make it 5 stars in my book, I added some ground ginger and a few more cloves of roasted garlic.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
This was pretty good but I would make changes next time. Pros: Easy to make and good Cons: Very salty if you follow the recipe Since some of the other reviewers commented this is very salty I used half the recommendation on the ranch dressing since that's salty as well. It was still too salty for my taste and next time, I'll make my own wing sauce to control the salt level. Overall, I did enjoy it and will make again. I don't like people reviewing recipes with their own versions but I'll be guilty of that here. I made smaller portion - cooked 2 frozen chicken breasts, used a little less of the dry ranch dressing, cooked on high for 5 hours, and skipped the butter since that's already in the wing sauce. It was shredding it by pressing each chicken piecs with a potato masher (works perfectly with no work)! I served it on a toasted hoagie roll with provolone and topped it with cole slaw (made with pre-packaged slaw cabbage mix and tossed with blue cheese dressing), and of course carrot and celery sticks on a side.
