I used this as a very rough base recipe as it seemed very plain. I put frozen chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot, seasoned with poultry seasoning, coriander, garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, lots of sage, and thyme. Added the butter and 2 cans of soup, 1 diced onion, a full bag of frozen mixed veggies, then some water to make sure there was enough liquid to cover it all. Cooked on high for 4 hours then low for 4. Roughly shredded chicken breasts then kept on low for another hour until dinner time. Made Grands biscuits in oven. Ladled soup over a Grands biscuit in a bowl. The whole family loved this and requested I make again!
