Easy Delicious Asparagus

Out of the park on this recipe!!!!!! So good and easy. Not to mention soooooo delicious. Did cut back the lemon to half and just eyeballed the Parmesan. We can't wait to have this again.

BEST Lasagna ever!!!! So much flavor. Cooked the spinach with the onions & garlic as others suggested. Bought the no boil noodles. Not a fan of ricotta cheese, so used cottage cheese instead. Didn't see any reason to beat the cottage cheese mixture. Used smoked provolone cheese for the 2nd layer. You can't go wrong making this.

Pork Chalupas

LOVED this recipe. Cut back on the spices by 1 Tablespoon, we are wimps:))) Flavor is fantastic. My husband could not say enough about how good it was. I was the pound of pinto beans the night before, placed them in the crock pot, covered with water, about 5 cups. My husband added the pork and spices and cooked on slow 8 hours. The meat fell apart taking it out of the crock pots. Doesn't get much simpler than this, and you'lll love the results.

Coffee Shake

Very good!!!! Add 2 teaspoons of coffee granules as others have suggested, and a little more sugar. Good strong coffee taste.

Bar-B-Que Sauce

What a GREAT recipe for Bar-B-Que Sauce!!! I doubled the recipe so I would have extra. Made it to go on pork ribs in the crock pot. I added the 1tsp garlic powder and then added 2 cloves fresh garlic. Used the prepared mustard and liquid smoke as others had suggested. I also poured in some coffee, a little secret I learned from one of my customers. We absolute loved this sauce. I liked that it wasn't to sweet. Thanks Debi for posting it.

Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast

WOW!!!!!!!!! This was soooooo delicious!!!!!!! I did add some milk and cinnamon to step one. One egg was just right. Cut the butter down to 1 tablespoon, 2 would have been to much, in my opinion. We used whole wheat bread. HIHGLY RECOMMEND if you want a special breakfast:) Thanks so much Bon, for posting.

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

This recipe was FANTASTIC!!!!!! The dressing is so, so, good. Did cut back to 1/3 cup of oil as others had suggested. Think fresh mushrooms would go really well in this, so I will add them next time. Did use grilled chicken. My husband and I both agree that is now one of our favorite meals. Thanks so much ohines for posting this recipe.

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

All these reviews...figured this had to be good. Figured WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband said it tasted like spicy minestrone with chicken. It didn't even smell good while it was cooking. I did use Bill Echols Taco Seasoning as posted by RaiainKane. Maybe that was the downfall for this recipe. That is really not how to make your typical homemade Taco Seasoning. It is quite spicy and I sure won't recommend using it if you don't like your food spicy or if you have young children. This recipe will goes into my file 13th.

Slow Cooker Ham

This recipe is so easy and makes the BEST HAM EVER!!!!!! I did add a little orange juice to the brown sugar as someone else suggested. This is the only way I will make a ham from now on. Have made it twice already and it always comes out so moist. Highly recommend this recipe!!

Jimmy's Mexican Pizza

Love this Pizza!!!! Have made it twice now. The 2nd time I made it I put the flour tortillas in the oven, on the rack, for 3 minutes each side. This makes for a nice crunchy tortilla. I add homemade taco seasoning to the beef mixture. I assemble the tortillas putting on the salsa and cheese. I use Pepper Jack cheese, in place of the Monterey Jack since it has jalapeno peppers in it. I then place the onions and tomatoes and bake another 5 minutes. By doing it this way I cut back on the cooking time by 10 minutes. This has been added to one of our favorite list.

Quick and Easy Dip

Love that this is only 4 ingredients. Made with homemade re-fried beans and homemade salsa. Added green onions and fresh tomatoes on top. Will definitely be making again.

Baked Tortilla Chips

These were FANTASTIC!!!!! Really easy to make. Sprayed the cookie sheet and then the tortillas with olive oil. Used my basting brush to put the lime juice on the tortillas. Then sprinkled kosher salt and some chili pepper over the tortillas. Baked at 325 (since some people were saying they had burnt chips) for 15 minutes. A few of the chips came out chewy but the majority had a nice crunch to them. Will definitely be making these again.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

My DH made this and it was so good. Best pork BBQ recipe there is and it's so easy. Served it with Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce, from this site. This is the best sauce on the planet.

WOW, WOW, & WOW!!!!!! This sauce is FANTASTIC!!!! I am not a big bar-b-q fan until now. The flavors blend really well together. Thank you soooooo much Alan for taking the time to share your WONDERFUL recipe. This will be the only sauce we use from now on :) This is the best sauce on the planet!!!
