Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

Very good, but I did make a few changes to the cooking temp and time. I started the roast at 400 for 20 minutes then decreased the heat to 325 for another 2 hours. It was cook to medium and still juicy. I had the roast marinating for two days prior to cooking and the flavor was great. Will use this recipe again.

Asparagus Parmesan

Good, simple recipe. Next time I might try cooking the asparagus in the oven (as suggested by another reviewer) to cut out some of the oil.

Elise's Favorite Waldorf Salad

I love the flavor of the dressing with the cinnamon but the ratio of dressing to apples is off, way too much dressing. Easy fix, I just added another apple and it was perfect.

I usually can't get my husband to eat kale, but he loved this soup! I didn't have any sausage links so I used ground sausage and it was just as good!

Coconut Shrimp I

Beef Stroganoff III

I made a few changes, and I really enjoyed the end result! I used one small onion and two shallots in place of the green onion (only because I didn't have any green onions on hand). I used four cups of beef stock instead of the condenced beef broth, fresh mushrooms in place of the canned and skipped the wine.
