My husband and I have moved out on our own!  Just me, him and our cat.  The dog is retired with my family, he's an old boy. About this Cook
I'm a girl. Now that I got that cleared up, I'm nothing like a girl. I'm a computer scientist and game illustrator. I live with 4 men and a dog and cat. I'm married and my head is currently shiny like a cue-ball. That's me.
My favorite things to cook
Stir-fry's Breads Cookies Simple stuff.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Christmas Cookies
My cooking triumphs
I made a huge supper that consisted of southern chicken breasts with bell peppers, seasoned rice, and steamed veggies by myself when I was 16. To this day, I can't recreate that!
My cooking tragedies
uh... I've burnt water ... twice ... in the same day.
Recipe Reviews 1 review
Easy French Toast
I made the mistake of not reading reviews before making this. Like a lot of people said, it was soggy, and even with a oiled pan, still tended to stick. I would reduce the milk to about half a cup or so, and wouldn't soak it for more than 10 - 15 seconds. However: the bread I used was partly stale, and the mixture actually did very well! I suggest using staler bread and it would work much better.
