Honey Glazed Scallops

I don't know what I did wrong but my scallops were floating in liquid (not from the scallops themselves either). Not good. Lacking flavor.

Old Fashioned Macaroni Salad

Too much onion and garlic powder. I like garlic but between the onion and the fake garlic flavor it was not good. May try again with less onion and one real garlic clove.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Not a lot of sauce for the sandwiches but a lot of flavor. I had a bottle of barbecue sauce on the table for those that like more sauce. It is a real easy to prepare recipe. Tastes great.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

wonderful!! I didn't have cream of wheat on hand so I used dried bread crumbs instead. Still turned out super. The last 15 minutes of cooking I added the cooked egg noodles to the dish of meatballs and sauce and baked it off. Delish!!

Cranberry Sauce

Easy Sausage Strata
