Wonderful, we loved it. I'm always looking to save time, and this is certainly a time saver, and a GREAT idea. I think though that the grease issue may turn some people off -- it should be stressed... you must use VERY LEAN meat, or, as i do, ground turkey. I mix a couple of spoonfuls of the onion soup mix in my ground turkey, I add onion and sometimes peppers. I don't use cream of chicken, I try to stick with a beef flavor all around.. and I always add mushrooms to the sauce.. try it with a can of golden mushroom, whats' left of the onion soup mix and a bit of brown gravy mix. ... and dont forget to taste the sauce, if its too salty thin it out and then thicken with cornstarch, or do as I do, use lo or no salt options :) - This is a wonderful and delicious dish, but do think about you and your familys' tastes and adjust accordingly :) Thanks for a wonderful recipe Tesslynn :) We love it here!
