I confess - when I first joined allrecipes years ago - I was pretty arogant - I actually considered myself an expert cook. and after all of the ideas and recipes, and just plain cooking education here - I humbly admit that I am NO expert after all. My famlly and friends think I am though :) tee hee -
I love to cook! I have lots of loves though, My family, my guy and my daughter - my dogs -Peter O'Toole (the chijuajua) Gary (the bijon frisse) and Katie and Charlie my girls (the shih tzu's) needlecrafts, particularly crocheting and knitting. (I want to take up weaving again - just cant find the time!) Video games - love that Zelda! I'm of scandinavian descent, mostly Finnish and Swedish, but if I put the entire list here of my nationalities - I'd run out of room! a true American!
