Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

My husband and I couldn't stop saying MMM! through the whole meal. We followed the recipe exactly except for putting 1/2 a tablespoon of hot sauce and garlic powder instead of half a teaspoon by mistake. It was soo good though that we might repeat the mistake next time to be sure we enjoy it as much the second time around. We paired it with some grilled squash and a spring mix salad topped with dried fruit and nuts and a garlic vinaigrette. It was a perfect meal.

Apple Crumble Pie

I've never understood why this isn't a 5 star recipe. I've made it countless times, following the recipe exactly. It couldn't be easier and everyone LOVES it. This year I decided to try the grandma ople recipe to see what all the fuss is about and everyone was disappointing when they found out I wouldn't be making this one. Especially if apples are your favorite part of apple pie, this is your recipe.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

As other reviews have said, this was pretty greasy. I didn't mind that too much though - it still looked nice and wasn't too horrible to work with. My biggest issue was that it came out kind of splotchy from the powdered sugar I used when rolling it out. I may use this again, though. I thought it tasted good (quite sweet, though) and my boyfriend, for whom I made the cake, loved it.
