Maple Salmon
I made this for one. My salmon weighed 4 ounces so I cut ingredients in half. Best salmon I've ever had since I am not a fan of dill sauce.

Peanut Butter Frosting
I also cut the sugar back to 2 cups.I bought a 12oz jar of Jif pb and used the whole jar.I alternated sugar and cream mixing thoroughly after each. Tasted great and good consistency.

Baby Back Ribs
Excellant! I have shared this recipe with a number of friends and they love it. I put the ribs on a cookie sheet in the refrigerator, take them out and put them in the oven on the sheet. Clean up is a snap.
