My cooking style is what I call American/Euro Eclectic! You won't find curry or hot spices in my kitchen. I do, however, use many cottage herbs such as basil, chives, dill and oregano.
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy making savory dishes with beef, turkey and other common meats. I also adore chocolate. My raspberry/chocolate torte is a favorite.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother was a good cook and primarily prepared dishes that were German with an English flare. I enjoy preparing French and Italian dishes along with some of my mother's recipes. However, I never could tolerate all of the organ meats common in English food. Although it was a staple when growing up, you won't find a cow tongue on my dining room table! I also prefer healthy low carb or Paleo Style meals.
