Snow on the Mountain Green Beans

We actually enjoyed these quite a bit. The lemon, feta, and beans were a great flavor combination. We did add a little bit of garlic to the butter olive oil mixture, because my husband said he couldn't live without it. We will be having these again and I can't wait to try them with fresh beans from the garden. N*R

Byrdhouse Blistered Cherry Tomatoes

I have also made variations of these but I usually blow mine apart! These were great, the sugar intensified the flavor and went well with our fish. I will be making these again.

Fabulous Roasted Cauliflower Soup

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

These were so good!!! We always seem to end up with a dried out piece of meat with not a lot of flavor. These were very juicy and had great flavor!!! Thanks for a great recipe that we will be making again soon.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

We love this soup!!! I didn't have high expectations since I am not a big mushroom soup fan but hubby likes it so I decided to give it a shot. All of us really enjoyed this, my two year old even ate two bowls. I thought about altering the recipe a bit with reducing the dill but decided to make as is this time and so glad I didn't change anything. The dill was not overpowering. This will be on the regular rotation for soups thank you!

Half and Halfs

I don't really like chocolate chip cookies but these are fabulous!!! I did use white chips in the chocolate cookie part and the contrast of flavors was so good. I might just make these as regular chocolate chip cookies because they stayed so soft and chewy. Thank you for a great recipe!!

These were a hit! I left off the nuts do to an allergy and I still think they were that good! My girlfriend loved them and they are better once they have sat in the fridge and gotten really cold.

Butter Icing for Cookies

Heavenly 'Apple of My Thigh' Dessert

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

A great dish and easy to make. I loved that it didn't call for a can of some kind of soup. I did use fresh mushrooms due to the fact that I dislike them from the can. Other than that made exactly as written. Next time I may add a bit of garlic just because we use it in everything. Everyone ate it so that gets a 5 right there. Thanks!
