This was really good and a great quick dinner. I did use pancetta instead of the bacon and a little more garlic. This will be one of my go to recipes when I need to get dinner n the table fast. Thanks!

French Spring Soup

This is a fairly good soup but more of a base. It is lacking in flavor. I made as is to give it a fair chance and after tasting ended up adding garlic and some other seasoning blends I had on hand. If I make it again I will use chicken broth instead of the plain water I also might admit the cream since it didn't add anything to it in my opinion.

Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole

This was good for a somewhat quick dinner. I used my homemade sauce and didn't have the shell pasta so used rigatoni instead. It does need some extra spice like garlic.

Baked Tomatoes Oregano

I loved this but I did reduce temp to 350 and baked for less time and broiled to get the top crunchy. Served this on a bed of fresh spinach and drizzled balsamic vinegar on it. Very good and I can't wait for summer tomatoes to make this again.

Veggie Stir-Fry

This was an excellent recipe! I did add 1 tablespoon brown sugar and juice from half of an orange for some added flavor. I will be using this as my go to stir-fry recipe from now on! Thank you!!!

Perfect Pecan Pie

We really liked this pie. It turned out perfectly. I skipped the pie crust and used a frozen one since I had it in the freezer already. I will make this again.

Quick and Easy Monkey Bread

Loved this!!! I took this to a party and it was a huge hit! I would change anything to this recipe! Tasted very close to the one I get when we go to our favorite Italian place in Little Italy in NYC.

Beef and Noodle Casserole

The boys loved this and I thought it was very similar to what I remembered Hamburger Helper tasting like from my college days but better. They ate all of this and asked when we would have it again.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

We love this soup!!! I didn't have high expectations since I am not a big mushroom soup fan but hubby likes it so I decided to give it a shot. All of us really enjoyed this, my two year old even ate two bowls. I thought about altering the recipe a bit with reducing the dill but decided to make as is this time and so glad I didn't change anything. The dill was not overpowering. This will be on the regular rotation for soups thank you!

BBQ Chicken Salad

I really liked this! I was trying to find a duplicate to one I like to get when I go out and this is pretty close but I need to tweak it a little. I used different toppings than suggested due to what I had on hand. I will be making this again.

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

This is a very good bread recipe. I made a few changes by adding wheat gluten and baking it in the oven. It rose really well and the flavor is good. Not a big fan of using the shortening but I will more than likely make again.
