Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2010
This was not my favorite. Really bland and tasted like cream of mushroom soup. I know better than to cheat with condensed soup but was short on time so thought I would whip these up. Sorry but won't be making these again.

Sesame Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2010
This was good but I agree with others a little too sweet. I will make again but I will use less sugar and a little red pepper flakes to diffuse it a bit. Other than that it was a good recipe and I will make it again. I added asparagus at the end. Thanks!

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
This was a great pasta salad! I can't wait to make it again. It is best if it sits overnight and then add more milk to make it moister, this also helped with the saltiness if it seemed to strong. I added extra tomato and it was great. It would also be very good with some broccoli, cucumber, and cauliflower added. Thanks for a great recipe!

Meatball Nirvana

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2010
We really enjoyed these! Next time I will add less hot sauce and red pepper as my son complained they were too spicy. Thanks LTH! Made these again replacing with Johnsonville sausage instead of ground beef. I did cut back on some of the seasonings. We still enjoyed them but prefer the ground beef version.

Cauliflower and Broccoli Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2010
This has to much liquid. Husband commented he thought it was soup. I also thought it was very bland and the veggies were overcooked if following directions. Sorry but I won't be making this again.

Soft Sandwich Buns

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
These are the best rolls I have ever made. They were light and fluffy like the store bakery rolls. I have tried numerous rolls on this site and they always seem to be more on the dense and heavy side. I can't wait to make these for grilling season this year.

Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2010
I can't wait to make this again! My hubby dislikes dessert and had two pieces. I did increase the Irish cream to a 1/2 cup for flavor and it was perfect. It's a very moist cheesecake. I served with Irish cream infused whipped cream.

Mushroom Prosciutto Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2010
This was a hit tonight at the table. We loved the flavors together and the ease of prep for a quick dinner. I did add some minced garlic and it gave it just the right amount of flavor. We will be making this on a regular basis when dinner needs to be on the table fast. Thanks!

Amazing Pork Chops in Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2010
This was so good I can't wait to make it again. I did sub half and half since we were out of heavy cream and it worked great. My sauce was not thin but just right. I will double the sauce next time as I made the recipe as is but with only three pork chops and it wasn't enough. It was the perfect combination and the pork was tender and not dried out. I served with roasted asparagus and white rice. Perfect!

Brownie Batter + Cupcake = The SECOND BEST Cupcake. Ever

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
I made these for my niece to go along with her birthday week of cakes she asked for. THey were a huge hit! The brownie part was gooey and the cake was perfect. It does help to put a bit of cake batter on the bottom and then the brownie so the wrapper peels off. I preferred these the second day after being in the fridge all night. I frosted some but liked them without best as they weren't too sweet. The request was that I could make these again next week. :) Thanks LTH!

Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2010
I made this today to take to a gathering. I don't love spicy things since my sweet tooth seems to conquer all, but I couldn't stop eating this. I made as directed and it was perfect! It was just the right amount of heat, not overpowering, very flavorful! I will be making this another one of my go to appetizers. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Spinach Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2009
I liked this soup but made some modifications. The original recipe is lacking in spice or flavor. I added fresh garlic two teaspoons minced. I used fresh spinach because I had it on hand. I also used tortellini filled with cheese, mushroom and prosciutto. I really liked it with the additions and will make it again for a light broth soup.

Pork Medallions with Balsamic Vinegar and Capers

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2009
These were amazing!!!! I am not a pork fan but had some in the freezer I need to use up so this was the recipe. I am now a big fan of pork and will be making this recipe often. The flavors melded together very well. The capers and the balsamic give it a nice sweet tangy flavor. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Spanish Rice Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
This was a great jumping off point. I did feel it needed the spices amped up a bit but that depends on your taste buds. I left out the brown sugar since I was afraid it would be too sweet and it wasn't missed. I also added garlic to it and topped with black olives. The munchkin loved it and asked for seconds. Thanks for the recipe!

Perfect Cheesecake Everytime

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
Thanks CCM for a great cheesecake recipe!!! I made this for my inlaws and they devoured it. My father inlaw asked my mother inlaw why her cheesecake didn't come out like this. It was a great texture and good flavor. I froze a few slices that were left over to have on another night and I wound up eating it frozen because I couldn't wait!

This is a wonderful bread with amazing flavor! My neighbors keep hinting that they would like me to make it again. It made great sandwiches but was even better warm with dipping oil.

Baked Kale Chips

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
These were so yummy and a great way to use up the kale I had from the garden. I have a hard time getting my little guy to eat green things unless they are peas and he loved these.
