Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2009
I try not to buy loaves of bread and just make them at home and this is one of the favorites. Great flavor and always turns out!

Very good recipe and will be making again! I do agree the measurements could be a little more user friendly.

These have good flavor but not the nooks an crannies I expected. Not sure that I will make these again.

Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2009
This is amazing!!!! I made this with leftover homemade Challah bread that was getting dried out. It was not mushy due to the bread being a little old. The flavor is so good! I did leave out the raisins since we are not fans of them and added a little more apple. I will be making this again. Thank you!

Barbequed Ribs

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
My husband dislikes ribs but we had some in the freezer so I had to make them. They were so good and he asked if we could have them again sometime. A true sign of a great recipe!

Bone-In Ham Cooked in Beer

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
This was a very good and moist ham. I did use an oven bag so I didn't have to scrub my pan to death. Everyone who ate it was very surprised that I cooked it with beer and it tasted so great. I did use a pumpkin beer since I thought the spices would go with it and it was a hit.

Balsamic Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
I added mushrooms to this and served it over a chicken breast and pasta. It was very good but my husband thought the balsamic was a little on the strong side and part of that might have been the kind I used since I pulled out the good stuff for this recipe and not my usual cooking bottle.

Movie Star Popcorn

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
This was pretty good but I prefer to just pop it with oil and salt. My husband asked if it was leftover from a movie so it achieved what the name states. It was a little greasy but tasty.

Yummy Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
Took this to Christmas dinner as an igloo with the cream cheese penguins. People couldn't stop eating it and wanted the recipe. It's a keeper and I normally am not a fan of cheese balls. I did mix some pecans in with it and didn't coat the outside since I was trying to make it look like an igloo.

Bread Machine Bagels

These were good but a little more like bread compared to what you buy. I am going to try to make them again and see if there is a difference. They were really easy to make.

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
A great dish and easy to make. I loved that it didn't call for a can of some kind of soup. I did use fresh mushrooms due to the fact that I dislike them from the can. Other than that made exactly as written. Next time I may add a bit of garlic just because we use it in everything. Everyone ate it so that gets a 5 right there. Thanks!

This is very good but I did make changes. I added a tsp of minced garlic and also used fresh mushrooms. This was a great dinner and tasted like I had been cooking it all day.

Awesome!!!! My brother in law deemed this the best vegetable beef soup yet! I did add a can of tomato paste and I had used some steaks that we had thawed and didn't have time to make so I cooked them on the forman. So yummy!
