Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Like this recipe a lot. Thank you for posting it. I'm learning every time. I had frozen cooked shrimp in my freezer and thought it would be simple to use what I had. I recommend not using cooked shrimp. You have to thaw and make sure they are not wet but worst than that is the fact that they cook way to fast on the grill. Of course, now the shrimp is over cooked and a little rubbery. But the recipe was great and we still enjoyed it. Thanks again for the post.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This was very good. I had some Tilapia in freezer and was loping for something quick. I did make the changes that Shannon suggested Good, Different and Easy. Three of my favorite things. Thank you Phoebe!!!

Szechwan Shrimp

This is a really good recipe that is very easy to make. Don't make my mistake. I didn't let the shrimp thaw all the way before I put it in the skillet. This of course created a lot of water. I did drain the water with a paper towel before I added the mix. But I wonder how much garlic flavoring I lost. So let shrimp thaw first and pat dry with paper towel. Even though I made that mistake the shrimp was still very good. Oh. Liked the review that suggested using raw shrimp b/c they cook so fast. This is a great tip.

Baked Apricot Chicken

This recipe was good. My wife really liked it. It was very easy and we will definitely cook it again. I cooked the chicken meat side up. I think this was a big mistake. It was my mistake. It left the skin side of the chicken in the juice and not browned at all. The next time I'm going to cook it meat side down. Thanks for this recipe.
