Antipasto Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2013
Wow, this was excellent! The asiago cheese was perfect in this recipe. I added Artichokes and skipped the peppers since I'm not a fan of peppers. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Amish White Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2009
Wow! So easy to make! I used my Kitchen Aid mixer and dough hook and I also used Rapidrise yeast which did speed up the process. I took the advice of other reviews and used only 1/4 cup of sugar. I also added some thyme and small amount of monced garlic. Yummy! Thanks for this recipe!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2009
Wow! This is an awesome dish! Thank you! The only change I made was to cook the chicken and onions in the crockpot for several hours and then shred the chicken. Upon replacing the chicken into the pot, i added the rest of the ingredients excluding the soup mixture and continued to simmer for several more hours. I followed the rest of the recipe as is. This will definately become a regular!! :)

Dutch Apple Bread

Thank you for this delicious recipe! I made a few changes as I didn't have nuts and didnt have time to make the frosting. I added 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 tsp Cinnamon as well as 1 ripe banana to the dough. Excellent!!

Absolutely delicious! The only difference I made was to grill the fish instead of frying. Yummy!

Beefy Chinese Dumplings

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2009
Wow! This recipe turned out really yummy! I did make a few changes: 2 tsp chopped garlic to the meat mixture. I mixed the ingredients together several hours prior to cooking and placed in the refrigerator to "marinate". I also added salt and chicken buillon cubes to the boiling water to add flavor. My husband could not stop talking about how good these dumplings turned out! Thank you for this recipe!
