I love pizza. Unfortunately it's not on the diet, well the crust isn't anyway. This is my low carb answer to pizza. Bland and  watery. Stilll I think there hope. The next iteration of this will be tried with an entire head of roasted garlic, both as a thickener and central flavor. Stay tuned for my next kitchen explosion! MORE

AllRecipes ingredient search gets me this recipe for Middle Eastern Stuffed Zucchini. I am way too impatient to stuff Zucchini and I don't eat rice, so I am seeing another one of my bowl recipes coming on. The essential flavors will be lamb, lemon, garlic and mint. I received a comment about my use of Splenda in cooking, so I thought I would just state my position here. Obviously I think Splenda is okay, or I wouldn't put include it in my recipes or use it myself. I think it's a better health choice than refined sugar or other artificial sweeteners for… MORE

So here's the deal. I'm fat. So fat in fact that when I started my low carb endeavor that the bathroom scale refused to go high enough! That was a just a few month's ago. I once made a birthday cake for someone when I could not smell things properly. I didn't realize my vegetable oil had gone rancid. Yuck.
