I had to take an early retirement in 2004. I am now a "Stay at Home Grandpa" to my 8 grandchildren. I was born in Tennessee where comfort food is the norm. I really enjoy the reviews as it helps me better determine what recipes to prepare. I'm still working on this one. Chocolate Cheesecake II. I never had chocolate cheesecake until my brother requested one. This was beyond delicious! He compared it to a local trendy restaurant that he loves and "said" he liked mine better. Maybe he was just being nice, but ours didn't last long. Many of my attempts have been tragedies or nearly tragic. I'm getting better though. I haven't sent anyone to the hospital yet!
