Baked Potato Soup
My entire family agreed that this is the best potato soup they have ever tasted. EVER.

Chicken-Parmesan Bundles
Pretty good. I didn't have any spinach on hand, so I just used the parm/mozz mix and added some oregano for flavor. My family loved it. I also skipped the crackers and just used Italian bread crumbs with parmesan and it turned out delicious.

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
Nice easy dish. Dressing is a little easy on the flavor. Could have used more sesame oil.
