Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs

I have made these ribs several times now and I have to say that this is the easiest and best tasting rib recipe I have ever tried. They come out perfect every time, and I follow the directions exactly. Thank you, Bonnie, for sharing this recipe!

Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Tried this today, and loved it. The only changes I made were to add garlic and onion, which are staples for me when it comes to pasta. Thanks for this truly simple, delicious recipe!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

What a delicious, tender roast this turned out to be...and so easy, too! Except for cutting the salt and cayenne back, made it as written, cooked it to medium rare, and it was perfect. Next time, I think I will make exactly as written to kick up the spice a little bit. Thanks for a great and easy recipe!

Anniversary Chicken I

When I saw the number of people who loved this recipe, I had to look at it. When I saw the ingredients, I thought "Are they crazy?" Well, we tried it, and we loved it. As odd as it sounds, the teriyaki and the ranch complement each other and make the chicken absolutely delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

We love asparagus, so when I find a new way to make it I have to try it. This recipe did not disappoint! My only caution is to make sure you use a good quality balsamic vinegar...it makes a huge difference in the taste of the sauce. As other reviewers suggested, I too reversed the amounts of the soy sauce and vinegar. Delicious!

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

We have been making this alfredo sauce for about two years, and I wanted to share a hint. If you sift a little bit of cornstarch into your shredded cheese, and squeeze some fresh lemon juice into the sauce while you are adding your cheese, it will become nice and creamy. We love this recipe, but we also change it a little by adding freshly minced garlic and some asiago along with the romano and parmesan. This stuff is so good we dip our bread into it!

Bill's Sausage Gravy

We had never tried to make our own sausage gravy before, so I was very selective when I looked for one on this sight...and this one was excellent! Not only easy, but the best sausage gravy we have ever had! We used regular flavored sausage and added some red pepper flakes for a little heat; otherwise, we didn't change a thing. Thanks, Bill!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

This dip was awesome! I've made it four times in the last two weeks and we're not tired of it yet. I tweaked it just a little; I used 1 tsp. crushed garlic for flavor, and added one half cup of sour cream. Delicious!
