I love this recipe but here are my changes: 1. I use a cast iron Dutch oven 2. I substitute about 1/2 a teaspoon of the chili powder with a smoked Spanish Paprika 3. I used a smoked grey sea salt for seasoning I should say that I like this dish with a smokey flavor, where other people may not like it. I've gotten great reviews from those who have eaten it, though. Now that Summer is here, I might go back to a regular sea salt, forgo the Smoked Spanish Paprika and do the whole thing on a charcoal grill instead.
