Cheese-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Wonderful way to make a pork 2 Lbs tenderloin. Used chorizo instead of bacon and swish and peppercorn cheese since that is what we had in stock. We also tied it up to keep it together. Took about 1.5 hours at 350. Thanks for the great tip!

Mushroom and Spinach Ravioli with Chive Butter Sauce

Fantastic. We used the kitchen aid pasta roller and placed mounds of the filling on the pasta after a coat of egg wash then top with pasta squeezing air out then using a round like cookie cutter and placing each ravioli on a towel lined sheet pan until ready to boil. use choice of sauce. Yummy

Classic Cocktail Meatballs

Great Idea!! We loved the sauce. I noticed that most people used premade frozen meat balls. I used 1.5 lbs of ground beef and 1 lbs of Italian hot ground pork sausage. I added about seasoning of about or more of the the following; onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt, mixed pepper seasonings, oregano, and parsley flakes with the Stove top chicken stuffing mix 2 eggs and I used a 1/4 cup of red wine and 3/4 cup of water. The sauce I did not change with the 12 oz of grape jelly and chilli sauce. (used sriacha)Awesome meatballs,, I never thought it would of been so good!!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

My son said this is his new favorite meal. I made a gravy using chicken broth, flour & milk for the potatoes, but noticed everyone drizzled some over the chicken as well. It was very good!
