Bourbon Pecan Chicken

Great recipe. My fiancee commented that its presentation was restaurant worthy. The only things that I did differently were to dip the chicken into an egg and milk mixture before pressing it into the breading and I kept the sauce on the side to pour over the chicken right before serving.
