Bean Quesadillas
Great recipe. One additional - 1 tablespoon of cumin and 1 teaspoon of salt. It gives this dish some much needed favor. This is a great recipe.

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas
Delicious! These were so good and really easy to make. I uses mexican cheese instead of monterey jack because I like it better.

BBQ Chicken Pizza
This pizza is so easy to make. I had to make four of them for a group of 10 and everyone was raving about them. Only change was taking one of the reviewer advise and soaking the chicken in bbq sauce before putting on the crust. Thanks for sharing.
