Pumpkin Cake III
Very very good. Many other users stated they baked this in a 9x13 pan. I tried this and the middle was not done at all but the edges were getting way too dark so I took it out. I'm trying it again as the recipe suggests - in a sheet pan.

Classic Tiramisu
This is SO GOOD.....BUT.......Why did my filling turn out so goopy? It didn't set up - looks like pudding inside and it has refrigerated over 24 hours. What did I do wrong? :-(

Island-Style Fried Rice
I used fish sauce instead of oyster sauce, 3 cloves garlic, fresh, and sliced thick ham. I would recommend the green onions cooking - not stirred in just prior to serving. Overall, it was very good. We're saving the leftovers and I'm thinking the flavors will blend together even more and it will be perfect tomorrow. Thanks for the recipe! Oh...and 2 cans of pineapple. If you're using canned then go with Dole. It really is superior.
