Sesame Snap Peas

This was good, but when I added the garlic and onions and sauted all together I was told it tasted "bitter". I enjoyed it, but my company didn't. Oh well, lesson learned.

This recipe is out of this world... I wanted to try something different this year and WOW! This was the greatest addition to the holiday table. I don't drink so I used less alcohol than the recipe calls for and it turned out just fine. Next year I'll try it with no alcohol. Just addicting!!!

Cranberry Glazed Roast Pork

This is incredible. I ordered a ham for Christmas dinner and it didn't show up so I had to improvise. I ran to the store and picked up a pork roast and then jumped on my Allrecipes. What a hit. The only thing I did different was to cook it in the slow cooker.

Kalbi (Marinated Beef Short Ribs)

I can see why your friends all request it - repeatedly. Since I found this recipe about 3 months ago I have made these ribs 5 times. This is such the perfect recipe. Every sense - and those of the neighbors - are heightened when this is cooking. Fantastic!!!

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread

These did turn out fantastic as far as taste and all went, however, I used cheap hamburg and they literally baked in grease. Oh well, there's always next time... and there will be a next time.......

Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple Salsa

This could not have turned out better. What an incredible dish. Trying not to eat all the Pineapple Salsa before the meat was done was a feat in itself. The mustard/brown sugar and ginger mixture adds a delicious "coating" to the meat. I have to stop and get more pork this weekend...

Basil Chicken Strips

This is so easy and the taste is incredible. I had pomegranate infused red wine vinegar so I used that. This chicken was so tender and juicy; something I rarely achieve. Served with Jasmine rice.
