My favorite things to make are Asian, Mexican, and Indian dishes. I am also quite fond of slow cook meats!

My family comes from the south, so we have a lot of southern and soul food influences.
My cooking triumphs
I love curries and I tend to make pretty good ones. No measuring involved, just throw some stuff in a pot and taste!
My cooking tragedies
Pretty much anything I bake turns out kind of questionable. I much more of a cook then a baker! Although I do make a mean carrot cake!
