Excellent cookies! I dropped the unbaked cookie balls into turbinado sugar before placing them into the oven. The cookies baked up beautifully, all chewy and spicy. These are the best molasses, spice cookies that I have ever made. A total winner!

Delicious cookie that stays moist a long time. I like adding chopped macadamia nuts and about 1/2 cup coconut along with the white chocolate. These are really hard to resist!

This chicken was outstanding! I poured on the marinade after pounding my chicken breasts to an even thickness, and let it sit in the refrigerator a couple of hours. I then basted it with more marinade near the end of grilling. We loved the sticky, sweet, mustard kick of this dish. Leftovers were almost as good. Thanks for sharing.

In the past, I've experienced dressing that separated in chunkier style gazpacho, so I used my blender to mix the dressing. It worked really well. I did use white wine vinegar and a smidge more cumin. Thanks for a great way to make the most of great summer vegetables.

These brownies are the best I have ever made. I have always claimed that the boxed brownies were so good--why bother making them from scratch. I won't be making that argument again!

I just finished making a double batch of these cookies and I must say that I am very proud of my efforts. The cookies are beautiful, and the taste is exceptional. I didn't blanch the almonds, but I did toast them in a dry iron skillet before grinding them in a recently purchased coffee grinder. The dough was flattened into a disk and wrapped in plastic wrap before chilling over-night. I used parchment paper on my baking sheets and had no trouble removing them after they finished baking. The cookies were fairly labor intensive, but then I think any rolled cookie is work! I will be proud to include them on my Christmas cookie trays this year.

I have been making this cake for a few years, after finding the recipe in the Allrecipes cookbook. It never fails! The texture, taste, and appearance is consistently outstanding. Nothing needs tweaking as far as I am concerned.

This is one of our all time favorites. I like to make it in my slow cooker the day before I want to serve it. I strain the broth and refrigerate it overnight. The next day I remove the solid fat to make this great meal much healthier. Saute some green peppers and sweet onions to serve on top of the reheated beef along with provolone cheese on toasted hoagie rolls. Everyone enjoys it.
