Candy-Coated Chocolates Cookie Mix In A Jar

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2014
These were quite tasty. Tested the recipe before giving. I don't get the disgusting and inedible comments. They were far from that. And you need to pack the flour first or it WILL settle, just as others have suggested. Thanks for sharing this one, it makes a very cute gift!

On Wisconsin Beer Brats

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2014
Delicious! They weren't soggy or mushy at all. I didn't leave them in for a full 5 hours though, and made up the kraut separately. As others have mentioned, prick the brats all over with a fork and grill them just a bit before putting them in the bath, makes them even that much better. The pricking prevents the mushiness and expansion.

Delicious. Had left overs for the next day that were just as tasty! That little bit of red pepper makes all the difference. I used canned organic diced tomatoes and ground mild Italian sausage.

Pfeffernusse Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2013
Perfect just as is. Only thing is I did not have any cardamom so it was omitted. Don't think I miss it though. Used butter instead of margarine. I wouldn't suggest omitting the pepper as some have said. Switch it to white pepper. Also glazing isn't traditional, do dust them in confectioner's sugar after cooling.

Pumpkin Cheesecake I

The crust is amazing. I wanted to forgo a traditional cheesecake this year and came across this recipe and tested it out. It was easy, delicious and a big hit. Making more for Thanksgiving day. I recommend making this a day ahead, as the longer it sits in the fridge the better.
