Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

Of course breading and deep frying makes a mess, but these were worth it! I ended up cutting the cheese in half to (really more to make more of them than because it needed to be) and they were all devoured minutes after leaving the fryer. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Wow ... we love this recipe in both its ease of preparation and taste! I did take into consideration the suggestions of the reviewers (look at JILLYBEAN14's review!) and I always double the amount of mushrooms (and just throw them in ... don't saute them). This was one of the only dishes my mom could stomach when she was going through chemotherapy (the noodles and sauce actually .. not the beef) so I thank you for giving me something I could feed her! Yum!

Super Bowl Bites

French Toast Casserole

Though I'm not a big fan of french toast (hate that eggy feel/taste) this was well received here for the family even though they all were hesitant to eat it (not really what they were expecting for breakfast I think lol) For the bread I used sliced (in rounds) bagels and I think the firmness of the bagels themselves helped. Thanks for sharing!

Wow .. this is a 5 star recipe all the way! Thanks for taking the time to retype it out for us here ... my whole family LOVES it and requests it once a week now. I use all-purpose flour and my bread machine to knead the dough and it comes out perfect.

I wasn't that impressed with this recipe ... I thought it came out too greasy (from the bacon) and really wasn't what I was looking for. I had made a dozen and only about 4 got eaten.

Seasoned Cottage Cheese

If anyone ever went to the Alpine Village Inn in Las Vegas years ago before they closed, this is the dip they served before the meal. No, it's not your normal sour cream/mayo based dip, but it is delicious!

Although it might have been the salt-free seasoning I used this meatloaf had a weird flavor to it. I like the idea of the panko, though, and might try to doctor it up a little bit in the future.
