Clam Chowder III

The only change i made to this recipe was to add some crispy bacon. I was looking for a recipe to rival the chowder we have had at the restaurants on the coast, and this is IT!!

Pork Chop Pileups

I was a little leary of tossing all this together, but it was excellent. Good comfort food, and easy. Having a mandoline to slice the potatoes was a real plus

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

This is comfort food at its finest. I do cut the potatoes up smaller, and sometimes use my own homemade dumplings, but this is easy, filling and wonderful

I am not good at making rolls, but we had rave reviews for these, and even had someone ask if they could pay me to make these for a dinner she was having. Excellent recipe, and i love that it was so easy. Ricki, thanks!!

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

We love this! I use the chipotle tabasco, and dial down the heat just a bit..we use it for burritos, tacos and taco salads, its the best ever!

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake II

This is wonderful! Its moist, its easy and its delicious! I have been requested to make this many, many times by friends and neighbors. thanks so much for the recipe! Oh, I use our frozen blueberries and just use lemon juice with powder sugar for the glaze

Enchiladas Suizas

These were amazing! Better than i have had in any restaurant, and i loved making the chicken in crockpot with the sauce... I made plenty so we can use meat in taco salads and other things to. thanks for this recipe! It is da bomb!!! It was easy and delicious

Mushroom Cube Steaks

I really am not a fan of cube steaks, but we had a lot of them and i had to feed a bunch of hungry cowboys...they LOVED this! There was absolutely nothing left! It was fast, and easy, and although not the prettiest dish it was really tasty! Thanks!

Raspberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

We live and work on a large ranch, which often has guests...my boss has requested we make this coffeecake several times, both for guests AND their family!! It is easy and really good...looks like a bakery creation!

Rhubarb Crunch

We had never had rhubarb before, and a neighbor gave us some so i tried this recipe!! My husband is now going to put rhubarb in our garden! He said if he had known it was so good, he would have had me make it years ago!! Thanks for a delicious recipe!!!!
