Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

These are really easy and really good. Taste like pumpkin pancakes with chocolate. They were almost gone before I could get my hands on 1!

Honey Glazed Ham

This is so simple and soooooo good! My wife is not a big ham fan but loves this recipe. I used the suggestion of using a oven bag, and I just flip it over every 15 mins or so. Also use brown sugar instead of corn syrup, it is simple delicious!

Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy

This was really very good, I ate waaaay to much of it! followed recipe exactly but sauteed onion and fresh mushrooms and did meat and gravy in seperate pans then just put it all together on a plate with mahed potatoes. This is a delicious rib sticker!!!
