Mini Meatloaves

These were easy to make and pretty good. I took the suggestion of putting them in in a muffin pan and that worked pretty good. I agree about the sauce being very sweet. I would cut down on the brown sugar next time. I thought they were pretty soft and moist, so next time I will add about a half a pound of sausage for flavor and consitency.

Mom's Best Pork Chops

These are awesome. I used bone in, thicker chops, so I cooked for the entire 45 mins. These came out tender and juicy! I did put some extra seasoning on them just befoer I put them in the oven.

Swiss Chicken Casserole I

Great recipe. We eat baked chicken atleast once a week so I'm always looking for another way to prepare it. I used chicken tenders because I had some in my fridge I needed to use. Came out good, except I should have cut down the bake time a tad. We will definately make these again.

Easy Lasagna II

Great, EASY recipe! My family loves this. Mine came out a little soupy at first with the noodles not completely done, so I put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Came out perfect after that. This makes for wonderful left overs.

Mock Filets

Quick and easy. My husband and his friend both cleaned their plates. And yes, it is similar to meatloaf, but I agree, it should be obvious by the ingredients. I made the same as the recipe, but this looks like a very easy recipe to tweek with extra ingredients. Mine did take a little longer to cook, probably because I made them 1/3 lb each. Mine was not dry at ll.
