My hubby really liked this. I would have liked it better if the crust had stayed more crispy. It tended to be soggy after only a few minutes out of the oven. It was however, quick and easy to make

Garlic Chicken Sausage and Summer Vegetable Saute

This was just okay for us. Hubby liked the sausage but said that it was crying out for a sauce of some kind. I had some left-over tomato sauce and that made it better. I did use different veggies to use what I had on hand. I replace zucchini with eggplant and I added asparagus. I don't think that these changes would significantly alter the recipe.

Progresso® Curry Chicken

Sorry but this was not my favorite recipe. The sauce had no flavor at all. The only taste that I could find was the curry powder. I did let it simmer very slowly to try to enhance the flavor and it did help but as a quick weeknight meal I would not do this one.

Progresso® Easy Chicken Cacciatore

My hubby really liked this. The only reason that I did not give this 5 stars is that the sauce is quite runny. I had to let it simmer for quite some time in order to get a sauce that would stick to the chicken. This is a very easy and convenient recipe and in a push I would make this for my hubby again.

Wow. I made this to go with the popcorn shrimp from this site. My guest loved both but this sauce made it over the top. If I could give more stars I would. Everyone raved about it. Thank you so much for posting.

Sorry but this just did not do it for me. Overpowering brandy/sherry taste and lacking basic seasoning i.e. salt and pepper. Thanks for posting your recipe though.

Sorry I hate to give this such a low rating but, I made this pie and I took it to work. 2 people tried it and came to tell me that it wasn't very good. Unfortunately, the flour did not thicken the juice from the berries enough and it was very watery.

Kid's Favorite Pea Soup

Delicious. I made it in a pot on the stove rather than in a pressure cooker. Needed more water/chicken stock but that is just the cooking method I think. Was making this for me not kids so I added some Louisiana seasoning, really gave it a lift. Thanks so much for posting.

Brunch Egg Bake

I am getting ready to make this for the second time. This is really yummy. The only issue that I had was with the flour. If you add it as the recipe states it will be lumpy. I did and then had to try to remove the lumps and some of the liquid and shook it all up in a jar. No lumps. Also used fresh mushrooms and added pepper jack cheese. Leftovers can be reheated for a very quick breakfast. Thanks for posting

This was delicious. Of course, it is way better in the summer when you can get corn and tomatoes at their very best. I did have to use an Anaheim pepper as banana peppers were not available and I added some green onion for a little bite. I will certainly make this again. Thanks for posting.

This was very nice. The only reason that I didn't give this 5 stars is that the sauce separated. Looked ugly while I was cooking it but didn't seem to matter when I poured it on the corn. Thanks for posting the recipe

Ultimate Chocolate Dessert

Wow. What can I say. I don 't even eat dessert ever!!! But I certainly ate this one. So very easy to make. The prep time and cook times are right on the money. I used Lindt 70% chocolate and it was perfect. Thank you Chef John this is about the fourth or fifth recipe of yours that I have tried and they are all excellent.
