Herbed Potatoes with Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2012
Sorry I really wanted to like this because it reminds me of Potatoes Boulangere, and this seemed as if it would be an easier way to make them but this recipe is really bland. I read the other reviews that stated this so decided to use chicken stock instead. Unfortunately, it didn't make much difference. Potatoes soak up salt and this I feel was lacking in this recipe. Also some butter at the end would have really helped to make this dish richer. Sorry but I won't be making this one again.

Authentic Patatas Bravas

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2012
These were very good. The potatoes are very fluffy inside. I did cut down on the amount of olive oil used, as it would have made this inexpensive recipe a lot more expensive and I didn't feel that it was necessary. Thanks for the recipe

This was really good. The pork turned out very crispy and light. Service it with Awesome Rice Pilaf and Lucy's Quick Tonkatsu Sauce both from AllRecipes. Great meal. Thanks for posting

Awesome Rice Pilaf

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2012
This was very nice. I did not have any corn so had to leave it out. Served it with Tonkatsu and Tonkatsu sauce both from AR. Good dinner. I think that next time that I make this I will add some chiles or jalapenos. I think that this would notch up the flavor a little. Thanks so much for posting the recipe

Jumbo Dark Chocolate Cookies

Hubby went crazy over these cookies. Would absolutely give them more than 5 stars. I made them to take to my doctors office tomorrow and I may have to hide them so that I actually have some left to take.

Jen's Pressure Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2012
This was a really good recipe. I made it exactly as written except I used the Onion Soup Recipe from this site by Mammakittyto3. This was also very good. I really liked this because the meat became tender without drying out. Thanks so much for posting this recipe

Ben's Seafood Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2012
I love this dip. I have been making a variation of it for years. I had fresh crab so that is what I used instead of shrimp. I also added about 3/4 cup of light mayonnaise to the mixture and it turns out perfectly. Always gets rave reviews.

Quick and Flavorful Vegetables

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2012
This was quite good. Definitely quick and easy. I had to use the chicken flavor as none of our stores carried the vegetable flavor. DH and I both love salty tastes so it did not seem too salty for us.

Best Ever Slow Cooker Italian Beef Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2012
I rarely use processed/packaged food but I needed something that I could throw into the slow cooker with little preparation so I decided to try this one. I made the recipe exactly as stated and could not be happier. This was absolutely delicious. I can't wait until tonight to use the leftovers for french dip sandwiches. Thanks so much for posting this recipe. We love it and will use it a lot.

Potato Gratin With Chicken Broth, Garlic and Thyme

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2012
We really liked these potatoes. We did not think that they were oily at all. I did reduce the recipe to make for 4 servings so maybe that would make a difference, don't see how but you never know. The only thing that I would change with them is to use fresh thyme rather than dried as the thyme didn't soften up so much and we got some little dried sticks while we were eating. Other than that, great recipe.
