Lemon Curd

This was GREAT! I made during the holidays to use between the layers and on top of a cake after buying a jar at the store - immediately knew I didn't what "that" on my cake. This was so good my kids were eating the leftovers right out of the bowl. Now all I can do is think of what I can use Lemon Curd with. Thanks for sharing this great recipe.

Butter Crescents

Nothing short of excellent. This is the only roll recipe I use now. Make a double batch every time and put left overs in a zip lock bag...they may last a couple of days. Thanks for sharing.

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Really good and quick to prepare. Followed ingredients exactly but assembly a little different. Cut chicken up in bite-size pieces and mixed in the stuffing mix then baked in casserole dish. Baked as directed then froze half for a later meal. Will make again.

Made this last night for dinner tonight but couldn't wait....had to taste it. It is truly amazing. Mine did crack but I think it was because of over mixing. Still it looks and taste wonderful.

Perfect Turkey

If possible, I'd give this 10 stars. This is the only recipe I will ever use when roasting a turkey. I made two for church and one for our Christmas dinner. Even the left overs in the frig stayed moist and tasty. It was a picture perfert turkey; evenly browned from top to bottom.

Ground Beef Vegetable Soup

Not one drop was left....great soup. I made this the other day while I was doing last minute preps for Christmas. I did follow the advice of one of the other reviewers and added beef broth (as listed it was more like stew and I wanted soup) - added a 32 ounce container. That was the only change I made and everyone in my house loved it. A definite keeper and will be making again real soon. Thanks for sharing this great recipe.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Chess Pie III

I think it was a great recipe; quick, easy, and tasted great. Even my picky son now claims this to be his favorite pie. While some ovens may bake this in 35 minutes, mine took 55 minutes to set up perfectly. Everyone should read the directions and stop complaining about the length of time it takes.....your directions plainly state "35 minutes or until set." Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

Fresh Strawberry Pie I

Cool, fresh, and tasty best describes this pie. Was in a pinch for a quick dessert when one of my sons announced he had invited someone to dinner. Very basic ingredients that are usually always on hand. Turned out perfect and didn't last through the night. Can't wait until strawberry season so I can make again. Thanks for sharing.

Cranberry Sauce I

Have made several times and just never got around to rating. Have made recipe as listed and adjusted to 1/2 orange juice and 1/2 water. My family likes the 1/2 and 1/2 best. I simmer with a cinnamon stick and a little orange zest.
