Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII
Great recipe! Will be making this many, many times more! It was a huge hit! I did follow others advice by using PAM to coat the pan and a yellow cake mix. I also soaked the pineapple rings in rum for 1 hour for the "adult" version. Using the drained pineapple juice and water to get the right amount of liquid for the mix added alot. Easy, Pretty and soooo Good. You cannot go wrong with this recipe. I served with fresh whipped cream.

Strawberry Pie II
This is my summer "go-to" dessert. Everyone loves it. It is pretty, simple and healthy. Don't change a thing! Thank you!

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
This has been the hit of our summer barbeques. I have made this four times and served over ribs and chicken. Guaranteed, this is "finger-licking" good! I hate to see summer end here in Massachusetts. I usually use barbeque sauce only in the summer but, with this recipe I might have to change my ways! I prepare this a couple of days ahead allowing flavors to blend. It also saves on prep the day of. I have altered the amount of red cayenne to 1/4 teaspoon (personal taste) otherwise, I have followed this recipe exactly and it has not failed me yet. Thanks for a great recipe. This is one of the best on this site.
