Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

I loved this frosting. I chilled the whip cream bowel and beaters which worked great. I put the CC in microwave for 15-25 sec to cream betterwith c.sugar. This frosting needs to chill before and after frosting your cake etc. I let mine chill over night and it was so good. Thanks for sharing.

Spaghetti Squash I

This is a rating from my hubby because he is the veggy lover and he said he would eat this dish whenever I would make it for him. He loved it. He always brings home squash but never cooks it. This was great and made accordingly. Did add peppers because I hubby loves them. I added chicken teriyaki meatballs to mine and that made it perfect for my taste. Thanks for sharing.

Easy Ice Cream Cake

I love this recipe. It can be used with your favorite toppings and candy. I used snickers and frozen hershey's bars. I mixed cool whip with vanilla ice cream with my candy. I love this recipe.

Faux-reos

These cookies are wonderful if you can look past the shortening and butter requirements from the frosting. DON'T THINK ABOUT IT!! When putting the dough on the sheet make them about the size of a nickel. Made 78 cookies. Faux frosting is great with this cookie. This is a great cookie to make for cookie exchange parties because they are easy to make and since you make small size cookies it is easy to come up with 7 dozen. Delicious.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

This was a great recipe. The bread was delicious. The sugar and cinnamon coats the outside and makes it a little crispy which gives the bread a great flavor. I made as is with no changes. Good to go. Great for presents too.

Fluffy Canadian Pancakes

These pancakes were delicious. I added vanilla and sugar because I like the taste. These were very simple to make and my family loved them. Thanks for sharing. Don't do egg whites without a beater.....that would be to much work.

Anniversary Chicken I

This is a very tasty chicken dish. Did the recipe as is but didn't think it had enough flavor so I will add some seasoning next time. I didn't add anything extra because so many reviews said it was salty. I will add garlic, pepper next time for sure. Delicious with mashed potatoes. Next time I won't brown before because it was not needed.

Simple Country Ribs

I was looking for a recipe that I could cook in the stove and this was it. I boiled (40 min) my ribs in 36 oz of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. 2 cups of apple juice and 2 bottles of beer. So...good. Then I put them on a lined cookie sheet using aluminum foil. Covered. Cooked in over for 30 minutes. Removed the top cover of foil and broiled for another 10 minutes to make the top just right. These were so good. Thanks for sharing the recipe. (I also added a pinch of pepper and salt)

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

I was very skeptical of this recipe since the only CT soup I have ever had was from Chili's...Don't laugh. I decided to try this recipe because of all the great reviews and it was simply delicious. Put all the ingredients in the night before and it was done when I woke up the next morning. So easy, and tastes so good. I also threw the chicken in frozen. It streads so easy after simmering all night. Used 3 chicken breasts but next I will only use 2 breasts so it will have more broth. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

Cake Mix Cookies VIII

Absolutely delicious. This is the easiest cookie recipe I have ever made. I made two different batches because the variety of cookies is endless. Marble cake with peanut butter pieces....and chocolate with chocolate chips. I think I will be more creative next time....

Pancakes I

I love pancakes and this recipe is delicious. I pre-made my batter and left it in the refrigerator. I made enough for a few days too. Can't wait to have them again tomorrow. If you pre-make don't stir the batter before making your pancakes and you will have fluffier pancakes to eat. Thanks for sharing.

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Foolproof Rib Roast

I did this recipe just like it said but my rib roast was well done and dry. Thank heavens I made gravy. Not sure why except it could be my LaCreuset pot cooks faster than the directions say. Will try again but less time in the oven. (I did not peek either)

These are very good cupcakes. The cupcakes came out perfect with no changes to the recipe. The filling was also very good with no changes to the recipe. Need to experiment with another frosting because it wasn't the best that I got from this website.

Slow Cooker London Broil

I doubled the soup so I could have extra gravy. I combined all the soups together and poured over the meat. I was very good. I added 1 tbsp Worchester sauce, red wine for taste. Great with mashed potatoes, extra mushrooms and carrots.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

I made this recipe the night before and had to try it out. My husband said he didn't want any after his 4th bite. This is a delicious recipe. I added 1 teaspoon of vanilla because I like vanilla. Thank you for sharing.
