I became a Pro member on February 16, 2013. The reason I became a member is because I was looking for a bread recipe, because I decided to make my own bread from scratch.

My cooking tragedies
When I was child, I attempted to make some type of apple pie thing. I put way too much cinnamon and improvised a little too much -- making a monstrosity. Needless to say I was turned off from cinnamon from then on. I am slowly incorporating it back in my diet.
