I am a single, working mom of 2 wonderful boys. Matthew is 21 and Nicholas is 15. They keep me on my toes and boy do they love to eat! I found allrecipes a few years ago looking for new recipes and have found many wonderful recipes my kids love.

When I was cooking something special for my boyfriend at the time and put too many red pepper flakes in the dish. It wasn't a pretty picture..... :)
