I used to eat out all the time and didn't know too much about food. When I took a stationary job and my wt went up to 170, I took matters into my own hands. In addition to adding exercise I learned about food. Now at a healthy 115 with great BP, cooking healthy for myself and cooking to make others smile is my passion! I LOVE FOOD! I call myself niblet BC I eat ALL day, but small, healthy meals :)
