Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2013
They look gorgeous on the desert table but not s yummy in the tummy, most of my guest didnt finish it as it was to doughy and the cranberry filling lack a little taste . To Bitter. With a little tweaking next year these will be a hit.

White chocolate Snowman Cheese cake

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2013
To Sweet . Needs semi sweet white chocolate or less sugar in the cheese cake mixture. Smaller snowman is better , easier , and just enough for a wow in the mouth but not to much.

French Baguettes

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2013
Where did my bread go. All i can say is that in a matter of 20 minutes both baguettes were gone. Vanished in thin air. Everyone loved this bread so much they begged for more. Next time I will make 4 times the recipe and freeze to have some on hand at our next pasta night.

These were fast, simple, and delicious. I made 4 personal mini loafs and they came out great and perfectly shaped. Serve with butter while warm. Ooh lala . yummy.

Hut's Bread sticks @ Home with bread machine

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2013
I pre baked the bread sticks and they came out dry at the end . I would definitely not pre bake next time. Also the ratio of seasoning measured on the recipe is way to much. I would reduce the amount of garlic salt by half and oregano by half, up the Parmesan cheese. But was delicious on the side of spaghetti and meat balls. My son loved the fact it was called Pizza huts wannabe bread sticks.

Easy Apple Strudel

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2013
It was good but not great. I needed something quick to put in the oven and this was it. Simple, so simple you can basically put anything in it that you have on hand. As long as you follow the basic principle of baking time and ratios. I would of preferred apple and cheese over apple and raisins. Kids liked it, they were real happy about how fast they had an unplanned dessert.

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2013
This was awesome. I sprinkled my nuts over the icing instead off mixing it in. Not a big difference in taste from original recipe just a little more d├ęcor to the eye. Adding pineapples would also benefit to the texture adding a little something to chew on.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2013
It was easy to make, instead of pouring onto top crust I would pour onto apples before covering it with top crust. The gooey bubbling while baking chills and makes the top look to messy to my liking. Golding the crust with classic egg white wash is a good way to go. But otherwise this pie is great.

Broccoli Casserole III

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2013
This was good. I can only say it was a little to salty for my liking. Salt content is important when you feed children, you may want to substitute the condensed mushroom soup to a low sodium version or cut the amount in half and select a lower sodium cheese at the market.

Old Fashion Green Bean casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2013
These were scrumptious. The almond on top give them that extra crunch in texture as needed. I would also note that the cheese will add a salt factor and you may want to look into a lower sodium content in the cheese you select at the market.

Hasselback Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2013
These were fantastic . I would make a bigger effort into browning them at the end of the cooking time under broil. More butter and sprinkle of chives.

Best Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2013
It was good. I would use the half sodium half fat mushroom soup because it was a little salty.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2013
This was one of my top five apple crisp recipe. The kids loved it. I would cut down on the sugar as suggested by others. Half the amount on the apples but keep for the topping. Will sure be making this again in the near future.

Simple Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2013
It was ok, no more then that. Yes the kids ate it with no fuss since it did have a sweet side to it, but the pork needed more seasoning. It was plain old chops with cinnamon apples. lots of room for improvement.
