I did not care for this recipe. I rarely make anything with "cream of..." soup, but wanted to use up the leftover Easter ham. Will NOT be making this again.

Cheesy Hash Browns

I make this recipe all the time, however, I found it too creamy and not enough cheesy, so I only use 8 ounces of sour cream and use 16 ounces of shredded sharp cheddar.

Monkey Bread I

Excellent recipe, but as another reviewer said, use a bundt pan, not a tube pan. I used the tube pan and the butter leaked out and started a fire on the bottom of the oven!

Fabulous Ground Turkey Meatloaf

Not a bad flavor, though it could use more spice. My biggest problem was that it was mushy. It was very hard to cut into slices or even pieces, and I even added a 1/3 cup more of oatmeal because I couldn't even shape it into anything after mixing all the ingredients together. There really isn't that much different between catsup and a mixture of tomato sauce and chili sauce!

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Dark Chocolate Crumb Bars

Very good flavor. I overbaked them (30 min) and they were crispy/hard around the edges. Also took longer than 12 minutes for the crust to start to get brown. Very good flavor, though I think it would take even better with some coconut in the topping. The crumbs for the topping could've used more butter too as it tends to fall off.

Blueberry and Raspberry Pancake Topping

For a healthier recipe, omit the sugar. And you don't need water either. I just put the frozen berries in a bowl in the microwave and heat them up and pour them over waffles or pancakes.

Raspberry Chocolate Supremes

Excellent...the only thing I would change would be to put more milk in with the cream cheese. It was so stiff that I couldn't get it to spread on top of the raspberry layer without the raspberries mixing up with the cream cheese. But the taste was stupendous!

Blueberry Buckle

This was AWESOME!!! I didn't have a 9 x 9 pan, so put it in an 8 x 10 and left it in a little bit longer. I passed on the recipe to several people who also said it was fantastic!

Crispy Oven-Roasted Rosemary Chicken with Sausage and Potatoes

This recipe produced a dish that was "white"...no color to it, though I see the photo shows something orange? Maybe carrots? It was more like oven roasted potatoes with some chicken and sausage. Very disappointing.

Wonderfully moist and great taste, but I would put this in a larger springform pan next time. The outside and top were overdone, but the center was underdone and sank on cooling. Also, I would pat the nuts into the batter, because when cutting pieces, the topping all fell off. Definitely would make again though, as it's very easy!

Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce

Very tasty, but WAY too much pasta in it. I served it for 5 people TWICE and we still have leftovers. Ends up pretty dry. I would only use half a 16 oz. package of pasta and more cheese.
