I was a little concerned about cooking pork tenderloin in root beer all day but decided to give it a try based on the amazing reviews this recipe has received here. It was super easy to prepare and the meat was so tender it fell apart on it's own.
Unfortunately my husband and I both felt we could taste the root beer. Overall the pork was too sweet for our taste, maybe because we're from SC and are accustomed to a vinegar based barbecue. Probably just a personal preference.
