Bread Pudding III
This is the easiest and tastiest bread pudding I have ever made. I omitted the nutmeg because I do not like it and used Splenda instead of sugar. I made no other changes and my entire family LOVES it. I have some in the oven right now and it makes the whole house smell like Christmas.

Spinach Quiche
This was my first try at a quiche. This recipe was very easy. I used fresh spinach and fresh mushrooms. I cooked the spinach in a bit of water before I did anything else. I then cooked the onions and mushrooms together then added the spinach and cheese. I didn't have any feta on hand so I simply skipped it. I also halved the butter. This turned out much better than I had expected and my husband LOVED it.

No Roll Pie Crust II
I have actually never made homemade crust before but wanted to try my hand at a quiche with crust. This was the EASIEST thing to make. My husband said one of the best thing about my quiche was the crust. He LOVED it!
