Most Amazing Challah

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
Best Challah I've ever made and soooo easy my two year old could almost make it herself! I am never ever buying Challah again!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2012
These were so yummy. My whole family loved it! A little dense so I added a bit more milk to the second batch. Next time I'm going to try whole wheat flour.

Nell's Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2014
This is amazing! I switched the corn for black olives and used thousand island dressing. I didn't have any green onions but I will add them next time. A potluck hit for sure!

Beef Gyro

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2015
My hubby and I loved this! I think I put too much lemon juice in the tzatziki for my hubby's taste so he used some Trader Joe's goddess dressing instead. I added Salt and Pepper to the meat. Also, I added some sesame seeds and a dab of prepared horseradish on my gyro. For the kids sake, I put the onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes as a salad on the side with oil & vinegar.

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2015
We followed the recipe exactly omitting walnuts. My 6 year old daughter measured it all and my 1 year old daughter did most of the stirring. I baked it in two 9” heart shaped pans, baked for 18 minutes at 350° and then stacked them for a Valentine's cookie cake. A real hit with my husband and the whole family. I will never buy slice and bake cookie dough ever again. I will try this recipe to make an oatmeal cookie with raisins or cranberries; white chocolate with macadamia, chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips; and so many more.

Summer Style Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2015
I took reviewers advice added garlic salt, pepper, julienned onion, and switched the can of tomatoes for a can of Rotel tomatoes and chilies. My hubby HATES squash and won't eat cooked tomatoes so I was nervous making this. He told me I could make this every month. A winner! Thanks!

Strawberry Lemonade Cocktail

Reviewed: May 17, 2015
I made lemonade and then mixed with fresh strawberries that I pureed in my magic bullet. I put half in the shaker and added 1.5 oz grapefruit vodka. For the other half I tried Peach Schnapps. I sugared the rim and used a strawberry for garnish instead of lemon slice. My hubby liked the peach better, I'm more of a sour kind of girl. :)
