I am a wife and a stay at home mommy to a 1 year old. I was always a horrid cook and I was scared to try again, but I did and things are turning out pretty good around here! Quick and easy! I still make mashed potatoes the way my mom did them and I have started to TRY to get my grandma's chicken and dumplings recipe better. They didn't write recipes down in the good ole days! The first time I cooked fish and it turned out marvelous! I once made a chicken casserole that my dog would not eat and believe it or not, I burned water :)
